Quantity Surveyor / Construction Management Technologist – Cape Town.

Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of a BSc / B Tech in one of the following:
• Construction Studies
• Quantity Surveying
• Construction Management
• Civil Engineering

Experience:
Must have 3 to 5 years’ relevant post-graduation experience in JBCC and GCC contracts.
Must be competent in Microsoft Office, including advanced MS Excel.
Must possess strong numeracy skills.

Job Description:
The position revolves around the administrative duties required to process monthly draw down notices linked to property developments, including the review of financial and technical aspects of the draw notice within the context of engineering and building contract administration, within the housing sector.
A degree of work in the field will be required.

Profile:
A valid driver’s licence is essential.
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
