* Preparation of Cost Estimates, Cost Plans & Cost Baselines
* Preparation of Procurement Documents (RFQs / Tenders)
* Preparation of Bill of Quantities
* Tender Analysis & Adjudication
* Cost Management & Control during Construction
* Issuing of regular Cost Reports
* Monthly Contractor Valuations & Payments
* Site Measurements & Final Accounts
* Issue of Purchase Orders
* Meeting attendance where required
* Supplier Database Development
* Setting up of Contracts & Agreements with suppliers/contractors
* Supplier Negotiation & Appointments


Requirements:

* Win QS (will be advantageous)
* Registered (or eligible) for Professional registration
* 3+ Years working experience
