The client a medium sized property developer is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be part of a winning team.

They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 5- 7 years post qualification experience on building and residential construction sites;

Minimum Requirements:

BSc / BTech /ND Quantity Surveying
5-7 years hands on QS experience with a building/Residential contractor.
Manage all QS functions of large building projects
High degree of computer literacy.
Excellent skills in negotiations; claims, tenders, cost analysis, cost controls, schedules, allowables, variations, certificates and final accounts.
Ability to work accurately
Self motivated and able to work independently
Problem solving abilities
Good interpersonal skills
