This job provides regular updates on information and compiles reports and certificates to/with site management; write-up monthly payment certificate, records additional work and variation claims. Establish and maintain full control of costing system.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•BSc Quantity Surveying or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or B Tech in Quantity Surveying

EXPERIENCE:
•5-10 years’ experience in the same or similar role

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide Financial Progress Reports to Management and Client
• Perform Commercial and Production Control
• Establish measurement and quantities, provide financial progress reports
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Site establishment for project planning
• Certification, agreements, insurance, guarantees, claims, procurement, profit focus
• Commercial housekeeping, legal/insurance and risk management
• Re-measuring of works

Knowledge Skills & Abilities
• Computer Literacy in MS Office Projects & CCS-Candy
• Strong Analytical Skills and Communication
• The capacity for working with numbers and numerical/mathematical concepts. It includes specific aptitudes such as computation, statistical interpretation, facility with mathematical concepts, arithmetic reasoning, etc.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
