Top construction firm is looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a position based in Kwazulu Natal. The scope of work in this role includes the following:

Managing the administration of Project Commercial and Costing on site ensuring full compliance to procedures
Manage commercial and costing administration, ensuring all the paperwork and necessary approvals are obtained during the month
Ensure cost report and commercial aspects of project management is submitted within the deadlines

Requirements:
• BSc/BTech Quantity Surveying or relevant National Diploma
• 10 years relevant working experience
• At least 5 yrs experience in a similar role, where applicant was involved in commercial and financial management of a project.
• SMEIP experience
• General construction knowledge
• Sound commercial knowledge
