Requirements:

• Interpreting drawings and design brief to complete measures and scope of work (BOQ);
• Build-up rates and prices using first principles;
• Plan, prepare and finalise project estimates and feasibilities (according to strict deadlines and within budget);
• Have confidence and foresight to enagage with the professional team to obtain information;
• Be accurate and attentive to details;
• Type of Projects include:
- Feasibility & delivery of new property developments;
- Refurbishment estimates of properties in existing portfolio or acquisitions under consideration;
• Be inquisitive and eager to learn and grow;
• Work well within a team;
• Work well under pressure and willing to put in extra time and effort to meet deadlines;
• Valid drivers licence
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS project will be an advantage

Qualifications:

• Quantity Surveying degree of diploma
• 5 to 10 years work experience
