Our client in Sunninghill is looking for a Quantity Surveyor - Engineering to start as soon as possible

Qualifications:

• BSc / BTech Quantity Surveying
• At lease 5-7 years of experience in a similar environment

Estimating

• Preparation of estimates for infrastructure projects (all disciplines)
• Preparation of estimates for Mining and Process Sectors (all disciplines)
• Pricing estimates and benchmarking

QS/Cost Management

• Preparation of Bills of Quantities using the required method of measurements
• Preparation of Tender / Enquiry documents
• Project cost controls, advice and reporting
• Commercial Tender Pre-Qualifiying, clarification, alignment, adjudication and recommendation
• Measuring and certifying works in progress
• Preparation of final accounts
• Contract administration
