3 – 6 years in Quantity Surveying Minimum Requirement AND/OR Preferably Degree in Quantity Surveying. (More on the Engineering side than Building Construction)
Yearly Contract (Can be extended based on performance and Clients Requirements)
Cape Town Harbour

Responsibility:
• Contract Admin
• Compile Tenders
• Site Re-Measures
• Adjudications
• Admin function (Scan, Filing, Checking Quotations)
• Settlement of Final Accounts
• Cost Reporting to the Client

Competency in Software:
• MS Office 2013: MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, MS Excel (Advanced)
• Have experience on any Quantity Surveying Software (WinQS, DimX etc.)

Requirements:
• Experience working in a team environment
• Strong administrative skills
• Quantity Surveying with at least a National Diploma
• Attention to detail imperative
• Must be deadline driven
• Must be able to Self-Manage
• Must be able to prioritize work
• Must be punctual
