Our Johannesburg based client a global market leader in the supply of flour production plants, pasta and chocolate production lines, etc. is looking to fill a vacant position of a Quotations and Fulfillment Officer - Flour Services. The successful incumbent must have Grade 12, 3-5 years in Operations fulfillment from order to delivery, Experience in Logistics including shipping, receiving and customs, Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Excellent knowledge of SAP modules in the Fulfillment process via continuous process review.

THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :

To manage the order cycle from Request for quotation (RFQ) for the whole product portfolio and processing in a timely manner to include:
Order acknowledgement, validation/integrity check of order(internal/external customers)
Ensuring amendments to orders are actioned immediately
Managing the whole operations fulfillment functions from order to delivery
Monitor order status, communicating effectively with relevant internal/procurement, logistics, etc. and external contacts/suppliers as well as the supervisor to endure requirement satisfied.
To be conversant with Flour Service product range at a level to be able to answer general order/Sales enquiries.
Pitch in with daily functions and adapt to other duties as assigned and needed proactively
Ensuring accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
Contribute to the customer services team pre-defined service levels and strive to continuously improve those levels and associated processes while supporting dedicatedly to maintain the highest level of Flour service internally and externally.
Evaluate performance of operations fulfillment and report on a regular basis as well as CRM reporting at least once a week.
