Main Functions:
• Should have good experience & exposure in rubber compounding with NR, NBR, EPDM, CR, SBR, and SILICONE Rubbers.
• Good experience in Incoming raw material test, In-process material & final product Testing.
• Rubber compound mixing standardization in Intermix & Kneader machine.
• Carry out feasibility studies on New Product Development and Modifications.
• Monitor and control of performance of compounds as per the standards and specifications
• Cost savings through compound re-design & product and process re-design.
• Cost estimation of products.
• Prototype sample analysis & implement its suitability.
• To coordinate with process engineers and production personnel to ensure that new developments are suitable for production and that all stake holders are in agreement regarding suitability of material for production.
• To conduct various tests & inspections to ensure that products developed are in compliance with pre-set technical specifications; final checking and release of engineering drawings for the development.
• To identify scope for implementing technological changes to enhance efficiency.
• To conduct research of existing process & accordingly carry out improvement on existing process
• To achieve new/existing products certifications required by different countries
• To compare the products quality of competitors, to search for new development in market and to upgrade our products as per market trend along with collecting feedback on new concepts and further modifying the product to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
***Relevant Chemistry Degree/Diploma
***Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
***RELEVANT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE NOT NEGOTIABLE
