JOB SUMMARY:
To execute on requested clinical procedures within the Urology Division. Fully trained and accredited Radiographer a pre-requisite due to the nature of ESWL procedures. To drive increased market penetration of Urology surgical consumables in the relevant territory, by developing and improving customer relationships and offering clinical solutions, where appropriate.

Education and experience:
• Bachelors degree Radiography or equivalent
• Strategic thinker with technical and clinical ability to troubleshoot on location
• Must have good understanding of medical industry and hospital environment and procedures
• Be fluent in English and Afrikaans
• IT literate, specifically Office 365

Key Responsibilities:
• Clinical Case Support
• Customer Engagement
• Sales Support in conjunction with the Urology Senior Sales Representative
• Provide continuous product support to the hospital staff
• Maintain the required stock levels at all times
• Works closely with the Operations Manager, and National Sales Manager to define customer requirements
• Refer strategic sales leads/info to Senior Sales Representative
• Work with internal teams to request quotations
• Support Sales Staff
• Understanding of customer requirements
• Provide internal staff with accurate information to enable them to produce an accurate quotation
• Compliance with SOP
• Clinical and Technical accuracy (Surgeon feedback)
• Develop positive relationship with end users and customers building firm foundation for ongoing business
• Provide in-service training creating lasting and correct usage of the equipment
• Attend workshop/ congresses when taking place in the designated area
Coordinate all administrative / logistics arrangements where required
• High level of Clinical and Technical accuracy (Surgeon feedback)
• To ensure consistent availability of consumables for completion of procedures in list.
• Preparation for following days’ procedures
• Replacement of used Consignment stock when necessary.
• Obtain CRICE card as well as vaccinations record where applicable
• Actively participate with the manager to implement findings into tactical solutions
• Attend all product and procedural training
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures available on the company shared drive
