We are currently having a RE Qualified Tele Assistants position with the following minimum requirements:

Qualifications:
• National Senior Certificate.
• Diploma or higher qualification will be advantageous
• Passed RE1 Exam/RE5 and FAIS Credits
Experience:
• Telesales/call center experience
• Well spoken/you must have excellent communication skills, be articulate and fluent in English.
• High EQ
• You must have completed the Regulatory Examination successfully.
• You must be computer literate.
• Must have clear criminal record
• Must reside in or around Pretoria
Description:
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly QUOTE and SALES targets - compulsory
• Quote clients telephonically
• Conclude sale telephonically
• Complete all documentation manually for a sale
• Adhere to Underwriting Guidelines
• Adhere to Sales Process timelines and requirements
• Ensure completed sales are handed in for Quality Control checks
• Ensure all documentation related to the sale are provided by the client
• Keep up to date and fully informed on product comparisons of opposition products
• Remain fully informed of products
• Be compliant in all activities in accordance with regulations and standards of all healthcare regulations and professional guidelines and ethics
• Meet continuing professional development objectives as required by the industry
