B-Com / Marketing Degree (relevant degree or diploma)
3-5 Years Relevant Management/ Sales experience
Sound knowledge of Financial Services Industry and products Management development training will be an advantage
Experience with dealing with Middle market broker base

MUST BE FLUENT IN AFRIKAANS AS ALL BUSINESS COMMUNICATION IS IN AFRIKAANS.

Management of a team of Marketing Advisers as well as administrative personnel so that the
regions production and administrative targets can be archived and exceeded
The establishment and maintenance of sound, profitable business relationships with brokers and internal/ external clients
The acceptance of responsibility for all the administrative tasks and processes within the region
The training and development of staff within the region
