You will have the opportunity to earn generous commission without any desk fees, depending on performance. RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Looking at and collecting information about a property, and arranging for photographs to be taken.
•Visiting and talking to property owners about their property and its special features.
•Marketing and promoting properties for sale or for rent.
•Compiling home information packs.
•Act as a liaison in the negotiation process between property owners, buyers and tenants.
•Advising and assisting property owners, buyers and tenants to decide what they want to sell, buy or rent.
•Making sure that the price is acceptable to both client, buyer or tenant.
•Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market as well as the commercial market.

REQUIREMENTS:
•Minimum 25 years work experience - not necessarily in Real Estate.
•Matric certificate
•Own car
•Own cellphone
•Own laptop

Remuneration: Commission only
