Our engineering client based in Midrand seeks to appoint a suitably qualified Real Estate Marketing and Sales Manager

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in preferably Commercial Property, Marketing or Investments with strong experience in relevant industry
• Registration as a real estate agent with Institute of Estate Agents (IEASA) or Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB)
• Min of 5 years of experience in marketing new developments, estates and properties.
• Extensive knowledge in the development and executing marketing strategies.
• Desire to improve sales process and investments and able to readily to adapt quickly to rapid changes in trends.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills
• Ability to manage internal and external resources
• High computer literacy, professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required
