START ASAP | SALARY R8 000 –R12 000 PER MONTH NEGOTIABLE TO EXPERIENCE

Dynamic Real Estate Company is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and Experienced Administrator to join their team. This position includes PA duties to Directors and Admin support to Agents.

Job Requirements:

• Ideally have a Matric certificate
• Own transport would also be ideal with own car
• Previous Office Administration / PA experience is a must
• Previous experience within the property /real estate industry is essential
• Good communication skills (With excellent written communication skills)
• Must be fully computer literate – excellent with Excel
• Must be a team player
• Highly Organised, creative and friendly
• Take initiative and work pro-actively
• Must be willing to learn and be involved in all aspects of the company

Basic Duties include:

• Reporting to the Director and Principle
• All general office administrative tasks and PA duties
• Petty Cash management, assisting with accounts, Invoicing and collecting money for cash payments
• Must come with a creative flare for marketing and drafting of documents
• Updating all property listings on all records and websites
• Customer liaison
• Sales Administration
• Supplier liaison
• Diary management
• Maintaining client records and filing systems
• Updating and maintaining sites with company’s stock
• Ensuring the office runs smoothly by effective support
• Assisting Agents
