RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced RECEIVING MANAGER (RETAIL FMCG) for a large national concern – position based in Empangeni.

This position involves ensuring that goods are received efficiently to ensure the availability of the stock for sale. Goods leaving are controlled in an efficient and secure manner.

REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Home language must be English / Afrikaans.
2 years’ previous managerial experience in a similar position: preferably in retail FMCG.
An efficient, well-controlled back door.
Complete all paperwork accurately and on time.
Stock returned, accurately and efficiently.
Excellent service to our customers.
A complete understanding of systems, policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
A clean, safe working and shopping environment.
Control of loss through shrinkage.
Strong staff management skills.
Must be able to manage themselves properly and work independently and proactively.
