Receiving stock from suppliers – local, agent and imports.
GRV and query processing and resolution of all suppliers.
Managing all inbound process of stock, from receiving verification to binning.
Supervise and coordinate the inbound verification and processing team.
Ensure labeling and relabeling is done correctly prior to binning of imports and agent supplies.
Responsible for client liaison as well as ensure customer service and standards are prioritized at all times.
