Our client seeks to employ a Reception/ Admin/ Creditors Assistant. Basic Creditors experience is essential. Must be available to start immediately.

Duties:
Reception:
Answering phones and taking messages
Copies/ fax/ email/ scans
Walk in customers and visitors and direct and offer tea and coffee
In charge of drivers weekly duties
Completing documents for vehicle registrations
General filing
Tea/ Coffe and lunch for directors
Manage laundry, pest control services and cleaners
Manage printers services, problems and toners
Assist all divisions with admin tasks

Daily:
Complete Supplier Applications
Debtor Applications - Trade References and Bank References
Daily invoice processing and writing of purchase journal slips
Urgent cash payments for processing
Supplier invoice filing
Monthly:
Make files for new month
Assist with credit card purchase allocations
Transport invoice allocations
