Reception Team Leader
Duties
Ability to adapt as this role will require you to cover multiple sites
Ensure highest level of service is provided at all times
Managing a team of 8 receptionists
Be familiar with the Reception and Meeting Rooms
Follow company guidelines/procedures at all times
Welcome clients into the building in a professional manner
Liaise with other business support areas such as cleaners, catering, AV departments
Monitor sickness and holiday absence
Check meeting rooms are tidy and set up before/after each meeting
Deal with clients queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Conducting training to new members of staff

Background/Skills
Fantastic communication and presentation skills
Experience within a 5 Star Hotel or Corporate would be preferable
Have previous experience in supervising a team
Excellent IT skills
