Receptionist
5* Hotel Randburg - Gauteng
Should have at least 2 - 4 years’ experience in same or similar position
Hotel School Diploma required.
Experience in night auditing will be an advantage.
Be familiar with all aspects regarding the Front Office operation
Be familiar with hotel reservations procedures
Must be bilingual at least and have good communication skills
Must have good telephone skills & Computer literate
Be familiar with Apex reservations system or something similar
Must be able to operate within the Hotel policies and procedures in regards to all aspects relating to Front Office
Be able to pay particular attention to standards, operational issues, security and revenue relating to Front Office
Must be able to adhere to and maintain standards in the area at all times in relation to service, maintenance and cleanliness
Salary: R 6 000.00 to R 7 000.00 depending on experience
