Successful candidate will be responsible for operating our busy switchboard and call management as well as providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Minimum Requirements:
1 year experience in a similar position
Matric Certificate
Fully computer literate in Outlook, word, excel, power point & pastel
Client service skills is essential & very good telephone etiquette
Able to manage a busy switchboard and take accurate messages
Must a have valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
