Receptionist / Administration Assistant
The successful applicant will need to have experience as a Receptionist and office all-rounder. You will need to be totally client focused, going that extra step for our clients, a team player and have a positive attitude towards your work.
As the first point of contact you will be required to answer and direct telephone calls, take messages and greet clients. You will also be responsible to oversee the admin assistant, managing the incoming and outgoing mail, data entry, filing & archiving, running general errands as required and supporting the administration in day to day tasks.

The role includes but is not limited to:
Reception
Secretarial duties for Partners & Accounting staff
Incoming and outgoing mail
Binding and collating
Scanning
Banking / Post Office
Data Entry
Mail Merge and Bulk Mail out co-ordination
Filing, archiving and other general office duties

We are looking for someone who has:
Outstanding reception skills
Has a calm, confident personality with a pleasant phone manner
Telephone/switchboard experience
Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel and Word
General office and administration skills
Energetic and accountable
Ability to establish priorities and work independently
Attention to details
