EDUCATION:
•Matric
•Candidate must be able to speak Afrikaans fluent (Must have)

WORK EXPERIENCE:
•Must have experience in reception environment
•Must have a strong background in administrational functions

KNOWLEDGE
•Strong communication skills
•Excellent telephone manner
•Excellent typing speed ( between 35 – 40 wpm )

DUTIES
•Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
•Carrying out specific projects and research
•Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
•Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
•Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
•Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
•Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
•Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
•Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
