What the person must be able to do:
This role is in the manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.
* Create a Presentable Company Face
* Access control for visitors
* Answer switchboard
* Manage Boardroom Bookings
* Ad Hoc HR and Finance Admin

* Greeting people at reception, answering the phone with a friendly professional voice, managing access control
* General admin such as boardroom bookings, spreadsheets, typing up docs, sending business emails
* Setting up filing systems, managing documents, creating basic processes e.g. petty cash process
* Making sure boardrooms are clean, overseeing cleaners, managing garden service, reporting of broken items such as door knobs
* Advantageous: Specific Manufacturing Reception Experience
