Job brief:

We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures. The successful candidate will ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. They should be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy administrative challenges. Additionally, they should be able to multitask on different areas in a busy office, hard working with the ability to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Organize office operations and procedures
• Answering phones(switchboard) and providing exceptional customer service
• Filing
• Provide general support to visitors and clients
• Coordinate with Management on all office equipment
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Must be Organised
• Good communication skills
• Fully Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
• Understand Word, Excel and Outlook (not advanced, but must understand at least basics)
• Must have own transport or be able to report every day at work on time without transport excuse
• Excellent time management skills
• Positive and friendly attitude and should also be presentable
• Team player
