Receptionist/Administrator

Responsibilities:
• Handling of the switchboard & screening calls
• Greet, assist and/or direct any customers, suppliers, visitors
• Control the entrance door of the company - safety control
• Forwarding emails to the relevant departments & staff
• Printing and scanning of documents for director & staff
• General admin, filing, scanning and admin related duties
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
• Working on Microsoft Office Programs - specifically word, excel and outlook
• Data capturing of work enquiries and on-going works
• Keeping various company records up to date

Requirements:
• Confident and competent with good communication skills
• Professional attitude, organised, responsible and friendly
• Honest and trustworthy
• Must have initiative
• Matric
• Receptionist/Administration experience is required
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Microsoft office – Intermediate level (Word, Excel, Outlook)
