RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR – Job Spec

Must have a Matric Certificate, be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and satisfactory communication skills as well as being a professional.

The candidate will be responsible for:

Answering the switchboard, screening and transferring of calls, taking messages when necessary
Greeting clients, making tea/coffee for clients
Attending to work and requests from both Partners
General administration and secretarial work (photocopying, binding documents etc)
Filing
Attending to statutory registrations (VAT, PAYE, SDL,UIF, WCA, Import & Export etc)
Assisting the in the Tax Department with admin work
Liaising with SARS, CIPC, Department of Labour etc
Any other work for the benefit of the company and within the candidates vocational abilities.
Candidates must:

Have an interest in the finance/accounting field.
Be focused & matured enough to handle deadlines, constructive criticism, following instructions and working in a team.
Able to get to work on time and have reliable transport.
Position will be based in Darrenwood, Cresta

Salary – R7000 Gross

Medical Aid – Voluntary – A maximum of R600 will be contributed to the medical aid based on the medical aid plan. Balance will be for their own account.
