Experienced, knowledgeable, presentable and well spoken Receptionist required for established company in the IT industry.

Candidate required with excellent communication skills to assist in a very busy reception area within a IT environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12

Administrative/ receptionist experience of minimum 3 years

Own transport and valid drivers license

English and Afrikaans - speak, read and write very good

Level headed, independent worker and must show own initiative

Problem solver

Attention to detail

Client focused

Duties:

Receptionist - manage reception area, keep clean, assist walk in clients, telephonic duties

Filing, typing, faxing

Log inbound calls on query system

Assist technicians with admin duties

Salary:
R 8000.00 pm
