The Receptionist’s main responsibility will be to manage the switchboard and receiving of visitors.

Principal Accountabilities:

*Reception*
• Switchboard
• Boardroom bookings
• Ordering refreshments for visitors from kitchen staff
• Ordering food for Directors
• Watering of plants
• Ordering of Cleaning material

*Finance*
• Purchase Orders
• Purchase Requisitions
• ROE Update (Email & Pastel)
• Petty Cash Management (MTI, MSA & MGRP)

Any Ad Hoc duties as requested

*Minimum Requirements*:
• *Grade 12 or equivalent high school completion*
• Experience on Pastel would be an advantage
• Strong computer office skills, Outlook, Ms Excel & Ms Word
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
