We are looking for a superstar RECEPTIONIST to join our Team in a dynamic service-driven environment. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, service driven and highly motivated with friendly, clear and confident communication skills.

Key responsibilities for the position

• Presenting a front-line professional image to clients at all times in all respects including, but not limited to, personal presentation, telephonic (switchboard) and electronic interaction.
• Assisting the owners, partners and management with any and all aspects of internal and external deliverables with which to improve their productivity.
• Assisting all staff in improving their productive output as required.
• Ensuring that deadlines are met is a critical function.
• Ensuring that all aspects of the office daily operations are efficiently and effectively undertaken including, office supply management, messenger management, facilities management, petty cash management, invoicing and (internal) meeting preparation, control of the meeting rooms, facilitation of refreshments, office presentation and neatness as well as any other tasks that might be required.

The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s licence, speak English and preferably live in the Southern Suburbs in Cape Town.
