REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum one year’s experience within the hotel industry in a similar position
• Hotel School Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage

• Must be able to work shifts and weekends
• Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Opera experience is required
• Computer literate
