Our client a sports apparel concern requires services of an experienced, vibrant, well spoken & well groomed candidate to:

· Receive visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
· Manage a busy switchboard effectively
· Be able to deal with clients queries in a professional manner
· Handle ad hoc admin related duties as and when required
· Must be computer literate, (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
· Preferably from a retail office environment

Requirements:

· Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
· Matric
· Secretarial qualification will be an advantage
