Receptionist Needed
Education and Minimum Requirements:
• Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar pressurised position and environment
• Computer literacy , MS Office and Email management
• Proficient in Business English
• Excellent English communication and telephone skills
• Must have worked on a corporate Switchboard
• Honest and hardworking
• Pleasant and engaging personality
• Presentable and approachable
• Professional

Responsibilities
• Receive and direct all visitors to the company
• Handle all incoming calls professionally and redirect as necessary
• Advise Security daily of all pending visitors
• Assist applicants with the completion of application forms and direct to the appropriate office
• Assist with other admin function as may be allocated
• Deal speedily with all matters arriving in reception
• Protect the integrity of the company at all times
• Assist others as and when required
• Comply with safety regulations
• Maintain good housekeeping
• Ensure reception is neat and tidy
