Receptionist / Office Administrator
Educational Requirements:
Matric
Experience Requirements:
Must have at least 1 years’ relevant experience
Must have excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
Must be attentive to detail
Must be deadline driven
Must be proficient in Microsoft office (including Excel skills)
Must have excellent administrative skills
Must have own transport and valid driver license
Responsibilities:
Screening calls, handling & responding to calls appropriately
Diary management
Attending to & replying to relevant correspondence
Arranging meetings and refreshments where necessary
Attending to incoming email, faxes & post
Ordering, purchasing, coordinating and managing of office & kitchen consumables
Assisting with travel arrangements if necessary
Assisting with adhoc duties
Meeting deadlines
General admin
Additional:
Salary R8 000 per month gross (max)
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm & alternate Saturday mornings
Previous relevant experience is required
Location: Pretoria – Centurion
