Receptionist Office Administrator Foreshore Cape Town

Salary NEG to Experience 6 months Fixed Terms / CONTRACT

Job Requirements
• Accommodates visitors, clients and job candidates
• Perform routine administrative duties (eg, faxing, typing, answering telephones, filing)
• Assist with administrative tasks and administrative support to all departments where necessary
• Operate switchboard and direct potential clients to relevant boardroom for meetings
• Control distribution of conference call numbers
• Coordinate conference room bookings and appointments
• Record, file and track all outgoing and incoming courier and sort mail
• Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance
• Procure office furniture and equipment
• Maintain inventory of office stationery
• Recording of invoices when necessary
• Prepare petty cash records for finance and keep track of petty cash
• Maintain updated list of birthdays and other special occasions of staff within the building (ie. Birth of a child)
• Assist with ad hoc duties as required and directed by your line manager
