RECEPTIONIST – OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
OPEN ENDED CONTRACT POSITION
BASED IN PAARL
Join this dynamic team within the Development and Construction industry. Your previous Reception / Front Office management skills and experience will be a huge advantage. This is an open ended
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Management of the reception area, welcome guests, manage switchboard, liaise with couriers
• Ensure office consumable are stocked
• Assist with accommodation and traveling arrangements
• Ad hoc Administrative duties and support to the Internal divisions
REQUIREMENTS:
• Senior Certificate / Matric
• Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role where you have proven competency in General Office Management, Reception / Front Office Management, Travel and Accommodation, Booking of meeting rooms.
• Fully bilingual – excellent communication skills verbally and written
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Internet
• Need to be a neat and presentable person who will portray a professional image
We will be looking for a proactive person who can multi-task. Someone who can think logically read the situation and who works in a structured and orderly manner. Preference will be given to PAARL, Cape Town based candidates.
