PBT Group has a position available for a Receptionist / Office Administrator at their offices in Woodlands Office Park, Woodmead.

The ideal applicant would have the following skills:

- Strong administration and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Computer literacy.
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Ability to take initiative.

Basic responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

- Reception.
- Switchboard.
- General office administration and maintenance
- Assisting Management with administration; i.e. typing, faxing, filing etc.
- Arranging and Coordinating of Meetings & Training (ordering and setting up of snacks/platters & drinks, name tags, registration etc)
- Assist with arranging events such as PBT Day and Year End Function
- Manage office supplies (stationary, groceries, etc.)
- Sending and collecting post, receiving and dispatching of deliveries.
- Taking and Distribution of Minutes from Meetings
- Arranging Access Cards and Keys for Consultants
- Compiling of consultants’ monthly reports
- Handing of Petty Cash and Monthly Reconciles
- Administration for PBT Academy for SAQA
- Formatting of CVs
- Visitors Log
- First aid/ Safety Officer
- Yearly Distribution of Calendars for Clients

Applicants MUST have their own car, for occasional out of the office errands.
