Our client are fruit exporters and they farm, harvest and pack their own product, directly accessing markets through their own seamlessly efficient value chain.

They have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Office Administrator who will be the face of the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend to clients and/or visitors to their Head Office building
• Arrange meetings and attend to matters such as eats and drinks at certain meetings
• Assist with the composition of presentations and set-up before meetings
• Monitor and manage the outsourced cleaning Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure that offices, meeting rooms and the canteen are kept clean and tidy
• Take minutes at certain management and/or board meetings
• Manage and order stationery and office supplies
• Screen incoming calls and re-route to appropriate officials in the organization
• Assist certain departments with bulk capturing and/or filing
• Assist the Office Manager with related tasks and stand in for the him/her in their absence
• Ad hoc Personal Assistant duties for the General Manager

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Suitable post Matric qualification
• Two years’ relevant experience with proven experience in dealing with Senior Management, Executives and Board Members
• Travel arrangements for management
• Computer literate and full use of MS Office Suite
