Position: Receptionist/Office Administrator
Salary: R5 000.00 – R6 000.00
Location: Germiston
Languages: Must be able to speak, read and write Afrikaans and English
Minimum Requirements:
? Matric a requirement
? Office administration qualification a requirement
? Must be able to work on Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook - computer literate
? Must be able to work under pressure.
? Must be well presented & very fluent in business language professionally in both speaking and writing.
? Must have good references
? Must be able to work overtime when required & reliable.
? Must have own transportation.
Job Responsibilities:
? Taking calls, putting calls through, taking messages correctly and passing messages through correctly and on time
? Filing
? Assisting with Debtors and Creditors - Must have experience and knowledge
? Assisting with Safety Files for work to be done on client sites - as per client requirements - Must have experience and knowledge
? Arranging full medicals for staff for safety requirements
? Ensuring that company own Safety file is up to date according to legislation
? Assisting with travel arrangements and booking arrangements
? Any other required administrative duty that the company requires to be done, to be done
