We are seeking a well-spoken, well-organised, Receptionist / Office Administrator with excellent communications skills – both verbal and written, to join our dynamic team in Germiston.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Matric or Equivalent
• Acting as the point of contact between the professional staff and clients
• Undertake a variety of administrative, clerical and managerial tasks.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (Email & Letters etc)
• Screening and directing telephone calls
• Attending to debt collection on behalf of the professional staff (including ensuring timeous collection of debtors, reconciling clients' accounts, resolving daily debtor’s queries and ensuring that clients receive invoices and statements);
• Handling requests and queries appropriately;
• Create and update records and databases with personal and other data.
• Making sure the facilities/ Boardroom are clean, orderly, and safe
• Managing diary and schedule meetings and appointments and taking minutes of meetings
• Clear ITC and Criminal record
• 1 to 5 years’ experience as a receptionist and/ or office administrator would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word and the Internet
• Strong communication and telephonic skills
• Extremely well spoken, confident and very persuasive over the phone
• Strong negotiating skills and interpersonal skills
• Positive thinker
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Well organised and target-driven
• Valid driver’s license
