Well established and accomplished company is currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Secretary In the Centurion area

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Secretarial course - added advantage
  • 3 years’ experience, in reception, secretarial and admin duties
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Roadworthy vehicle
  • Good Microsoft office skills
  • Suitable candidate needs to be situated in centurion, or surrounding areas of PTA

 

Responsibilities:

  • Normal admin duties
    • Booking Flights
    • Ordering of stationery
    • Adhoc reports for the COO and National Operations Manager
    • Diary Management
    • Experience answering / diverting switchboard with 100 extensions
