JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be responsible for tending to the switchboard and reception area & referring telephonic calls to correct departments and providing the necessary service to the public, portraying LIPCO with a positive image and attitude.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Matric.
• 3 years switchboard experience required.
• Fully bilingual in English & any other official African language.
• Fully computer literate.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills & administration skills.
• Must be able to handle a very busy switchboard.
