We are looking for a Receptionist / Switchboard to join our Secunda team.

The role will involve meeting and greeting of clients, arranging meetings, answering phones and general office work.

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk and providing general office administration and support. Reporting to the Branch Manager and being part of the recruitment team, the Receptionist will gain exposure to all aspects of our business and expand their network while doing so.

Basic responsibilities of the job:

Staff the reception desk, greet visitors and alert appropriate staff of their arrival

Manage reception area and common spaces to ensure they maintain a professional appearance

Respond to all enquiries as needed

Assist the Manager with various aspects of office maintenance

Provide administrative support as required.

 

Minimum Requirements

Matric certificate

Driver’s License (Code 08)

Minimum 5 years’ experience

Excellent organizational skills

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word

Warm, friendly and welcoming personality

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
