Professional and well spoken Receptionist needed for upmarket Hotel in Polokwane. We require the services of an experienced Receptionist to answer and direct calls, assist with queries and guest complaints, process payments and compile invoices, and to be responsible for the checking in and out of guests.Requirements:Opera System Experience requiredMinimum of 2 years experience in a hotel receptionPolite, friendly person that can think on their feetWell spoken and well presented individualStrong administration skillsMust have grade 12 and be computer literate Candidate will be required to: Answer and direct telephone calls.Assist with queries and guests complaints.Make reservations, adjustments to reservations.Process payments and compile invoices of guests stay.Daily reporting and handoversDo guest check-ins and guest check outs
