The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and able to clearly demonstrate excellent customer service skills. A friendly, pro-active and efficient manner is also a key quality required.
Departmental duties will include cash-handling, bookings, data entry, member services and working with the Reception Manager to ensure a smooth running of the Reception area. A keen eye for detail is also desirable.
Candidates should be charismatic at all times and enjoy maintaining the high standards that our members expect.
