The ideal candidate:
Should have a relevant hospitality qualification.
Should have 2-3 years experience in Reception excluding practical experience.
Should be highly presentable and well spoken with an excellent telephone manner.
Must have outstanding guest interaction skills.
Must have good communication skills
Must be able to work long hours on your feet including weekends and public holidays
Opera experience is essential.
