Are you exceptionally well spoken and articulate in English and other African Language ?

Excellent opportunity to join a media Company based in Midrand .
Answering the switchboard in a clear and professional voice
Greeting clients by name that visit the Company regularly
Replying to emails with excellent comprehension
Attending to clients on their arrival in the office
Communicating professionally with clients, suppliers, staff and management
Dealing with queries and solving problems where required
Assist with administration duties
Managing the front office desk with professionalism
Matric
Very well groomed and professionally dressed at all times
Clear and energetic voice, must be well spoken and articulate
A people’s person
Ability to manage a busy switchboard
Duties will include, but aren’t limited to:
• Pastel knowledge helpful but not essential
• Reception
• Admin duties
• Filing
• Booking couriers and tracking parcels
• Invoicing
• Arrange occasional functions
• Checking documents for creditor invoices
• Must be able to take initiative

Working Hours 7.30am - 5.00pm – Monday to Friday
Essential for the Receptionist to arrive at least 15min before start so all details are sorted before opening
