Role Purpose: Front line communication with customers / suppliers etc. – ensuring a positive and professional image
Duties:
Answering all incoming lines
Sorting, emails and faxes
Dealing with service queries
Ensure paperwork is sent to correct departments once completed
Scanning in of documents like day sheets when required
Check and file by hand letters
General:
Sorting and opening post
Emailing statements or invoices when required
Receive guests
