RECEPTIONIST / PERSONAL ASSISTANT

R10 000 p/m
Must be able to start Immediately

Some duties will include:
- Full Reception duties including: Maintain general filing system and file correspondence; Assist in preparation of meetings, conferences and telecoms; Arrange business travel arrangements for Directors and staff; Maintain company car logbook; Maintain adequate inventory office supplies
- Supervising the cleaner and driver
- Maintain monthly petty cash and petty cash reconciliation
- Monitor call records and liaise with staff members on the call excess levels
- Liaise with travel agents and visa agents on International travels and visas for Directors
- Assist with all Secretarial work

Essential Requirements
- 2-3 Years experience in same role
- Relevant Administrative/Secretarial Qualification essential
- Driver’s License & own vehicle
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Well presented & groomed
- Ability to perform well independently & work well under pressure
